It seems that nearly the entire modern population has been brainwashed by the media by what I call the greatest Health Hoax of all time.

Fish and fish oils (especially salmon), avocados, cream and soft cheese, organic milk and yoghurt, raw nuts and cold pressed oils (olive oil) are all examples of very, very good natural fat. Without good fat you will feel always tired, starving hungry and constantly crave the wrong things.
Eskimo's are known to have very high animal fat diets and yet very low incidence of heart disease. Your liver produces up to 80% of your body’s cholesterol and it over produces for one main reason, to protect you.
The reason cholesterol is deposited in the arteries is to protect them from attack. This attack is largely from the constant bombardment of blood borne toxins, chemicals, high blood sugar, free radicals and excessive acids.
If we consumed less processed foods, alcohol, sugar and other chemically enhanced foods and focused of more vitamin C rich foods (raw fruit and vegetables) then our cardiovascular system would already be protected and there would be no need for the liver to make extra cholesterol for protecting the arteries.
We can then keep eating good fats, feel nourished, function hormonally and maintain a healthy heart at the same time.
