Check out the most popular weight loss myths. These are the main reasons other programs often fail long term and why our body’s respond so well to herbal weight management programs exactly like The Ultimate Herbal SLIM.

Beware of these common myths!

1: FAD DIETS: these include drastic, short term food restrictions and/or eating only single food types which force the body into rapid fat burning. This can be unhealthy and may cause imbalances and rebound effects. We are looking for a lifetime solution, not a quick fix.

2: LOW or HIGH FAT, CARB & PROTEIN DIETS: restricting yourself in one nutrient category may simplify metabolic processes giving temporary fat burning effects, but will eventually cause your body to become deficient in one or another crucial ingredient and have the reverse effect. This is risky to your health long term.

3: CALORIE COUNTING: This will certainly work to a point, since excess calories can definitely be converted into fat. However it can be very complicated ‘calorie counting’ everything you eat. Starving your body in this way also creates a massive metabolic low, tiredness and fatigue set in and food cravings leading to huge rebounds are likely.

4: COMPLEX DIETS: There are many types of complex diet options including food combining; carbohydrate, fat and protein portion ratio measuring; 100% vegan or raw food diets; blood type or metabolic type diets and many more. These may all have merit and will probably help weight loss, but can they be maintained, and are they nature’s real solution? Instead, we should keep it simple, at least that way we can continue long term.

5: FASTING WITHOUT FOOD: This method will definitely allow your body the ‘time and space’ to focus on burning off excess fat. The problem is that it does not provide nutritional support. Fatigue, malnutrition and cravings can and will be the result. Rebound city.
