Grapefruit and Pineapple Detox Smoothie

Grapefruit and Pineapple Smoothie

Peel one grapefruit and chop up about a cup of pineapple. Blend together with a packet of your DETOX 'n SLIM and some yoghurt and water.

If you are using canned pineapple rather than the fresh fruit, then choose 'in juice' not 'in syrup'.

DETOX RECIPE

Mix DETOX 'n SLIM powder with approximately 1 cup of either full fat milk, rice milk or almond milk, 1 grated apple (including the skin) and about 1⁄4 cup of plain yoghurt.

Add one level teaspoon of cinnamon powder or a small stick of cinnamon.

Blend until smooth.

Cleansing Soups - Pumpkin Soup

Pumpkin soup (8 servings)

Ingredients:

1 pumpkin
2 carrots
2 large onions
6-8 large cloves of garlic
Cayenne pepper (powder or whole chillies)
Curry powder
Take 1 whole pumpkin and dice into 5cm cubes. Add a
couple of carrots if you wish.

Have your own green smoothie cleanse in the form of this delicious Kiwi and passion fruit smoothie. Perfect for your Herbal Detox or Ultimate Herbal Slim.

Ingredients:

4 passion fruit
250 gm of plain organic yoghurt
100 ml of almond or rice milk
3 peeled kiwi fruit cut into chunks

Directions:

Put all ingredients into a blender and whiz
until smooth.


Eggplant, Leek and Zucchini Bake

Eggplant, Leek and Zucchini bake - SLIM Recipe

It can be thrown together in less the 15 minutes and bakes within the hour. This recipe feeds six adults with leftovers. A huge meal which means you can reheat for the next day lunch or again for dinner.

Detox Recipe - Chickpea Salad

Chickpea Salad

Serves 6 as a side salad

 

  • 1kg (or about 2lb) tomatoes, chopped (5 cups)
  • 1 400g (15-oz). can chickpeas, rinsed and drained, or 1 cup home cooked chickpeas.
  • 1 1/2 cups fresh or frozen corn kernels
  • Handful of fresh basil leaves

Melon Salad - Detox Food

Ingredients:

3 types of melon:
Honey dew
Rock melon
Watermelon
Green grapes
Raisins
Fresh whipped cream (or plain yoghurt if you prefer)
Cinnamon

Cut melons into bite sized wedges. (1/4 honey dew, 1/4 rock and a generous slice of watermelon feeds 4 people a large helping each)
Place all melon ingredients into a serving bowl. Add grapes. Mix gently.

Ingredients: All quantities are approximate and per one person.

Berry Smoothie - DETOX & SLIM Easy Detox Recipe #4

Only 4 basic ingredients:

Plain yoghurt
berries
linseeds
barley grass or spirulina powder.

Easy method:

Grind linseeds, add 1 to 2 teaspoons barley grass or spirulina powder, and approximately half cup berries (we used blueberries, blackberries, raspberries and boysenberries). Top up with yoghurt.

Optional....include a little milk (your choice of dairy, rice, almond or soya milk).
