1 apple
Rice or almond milk approx 1 cup
Slippery elm powder 1 heaped teaspoon
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 cup yoghurt
Easy method:
Grate apple, including peel. Add rice milk, slippery elm powder, cinnamon and yoghurt. Blend.
