Only 4 basic ingredients:
Plain yoghurt
berries
linseeds
barley grass or spirulina powder.
Easy method:
Grind linseeds, add 1 to 2 teaspoons barley grass or spirulina powder, and approximately half cup berries (we used blueberries, blackberries, raspberries and boysenberries). Top up with yoghurt.
Optional....include a little milk (your choice of dairy, rice, almond or soya milk).
This could be a little tangy for most tastes so add a pinch of stevia, or honey or dehydrated cane juice if desired. Blend and enjoy.
