Pros:
Easy to take. Reasonably priced and easy to source with useful diet tips. Felt much more alert about half way through the process, now a good weight which I have kept off and is a great start to better eating and has encouraged me to do more exercise. Good results spur you onto better results!
Cons:
Hard going adjusting the diet initially. Went through bad food withdrawals for a week but after that wanted nothing else but healthy food and loved seeing the weight fall off.
