Cons:
Booklet could emphasis organic foods especially if you are juicing them. Some commercially grown foods often have "acceptable" levels of pesticides/herbicides/insectcides in them. These poisons are mostly concentrated in the juice of foods, so to avoid drinking a chemical cocktail, make your juicing fruits and veges organic.
