Gentlelax is just that, gentle and a laxative. It contains herbs which support soft bowel movements, but also bulks and provides substance to the stools.

The herb Psyllium makes up the major fraction of this product and is capable of taking up 200 times its own weight in water. Being an indigestible fibre it passes through the colon like a broom absorbing toxins along the way.
