Salmon, Sweet Potato and Feta

A very simple and super quick recipe for your Ultimate Herbal SLIM.

The most amazing thing about Salmon is the flavor, not only the incredibly good fat and wonderful protein. We need good fat to keep our metabolism steady and supply our body with essential fatty acids (EFA’s), which make up every cell in the body.

Serves 2 people

Ingredients:

  • Small salmon fillet
  • ​1/2 Sweet potato (Kumara)
  • 1 x tomato
  • 1/2 onion
  • 1/2 capsicum
  • Salad greens (or chopped Avocado and cucumber)
  • Diced Feta

Method:
Fry the salmon in a tiny bit of olive oil until crisp, and also fry the Sweet potato wedges, capsicum, and wedged onion. Lay the sweet potato, onion capsicum, and tomato on the salad greens and sprinkle with Feta, Serve with aioli.

You can eat this as often as you like during your Slimming Program, without any guilt.
