Hi Brett. I have just finished the Herbal Detox and have not felt so good for a long time. I was already mostly vegetarian, with some fish, so the eating plan was not a huge transition for me. I opted for the 14 day plan. However, cutting out bread, sugar and alcohol has had a huge impact on my feelings of wellbeing, and of course the herbs will have contributed to this. I lost about 3 kgs. I still have about 5 to go, so am now taking the Herbal Slim caps and am trying to stick to a diet consisting mostly of fresh veges and salads, good quality protein and some nuts/seeds/legumes. I want to keep feeling good and doing the Herbal Detox has definitely put a halt to sugar and carb cravings. Thank you. Diane
