Changed my eating habits, I’ve gone vegan!
2 months into my 3-month detox. It has been slow & steady & I’ve gone vegan!! Lost 4 of the 5 kilos I wanted to lose so nearly there. I highly recommend doing this detox, it’s easy to follow and the support is there if you need it. Other Comments: Update – We went on a cruise for Christmas & New Year from Barcelona trying to get a bit of warmth! As you can imagine it was food & alcohol galore! I went away at my goal weight & came home with only having put on 1 kilo – which I have now lost. So thank you again for your support.
