This my first time doing a detox like this and i am just wondering which would be better for me out of the detox and the detox slim, I have bad IBS, so am hoping to help with that aswell as kick starting a new healthy living/ eating regime

Hi, on the lead in days prior to your detox programme and have been surfing web to find recipes etc and I came across a you tube clip that suggest you can use sundries toms and olives- is this okay? And also in your booklet you mention using a little hummus- again is this okay? I am doing the ten day programme. Many thanks

Hello, I have Lyme disease and heart disease, along with many other issues. I take prescribed medicines and I am wondering if this will have any effect on them or would it be alright to use the detox, hoping after the detox I will not need as many prescriptions. Thank you for any help you can give me on this subject, very interested in the detox, as I have been taking Amitiza for a few yrs now after trying many other products that did not work, and even the Amitza doesn’t work all that well, as I only go to the bathroom maybe 2 times a week, but without it, Ive ended up in the hospital, so right now I do need it, but hoping I won’t after the detox. I am an extremely picky eater, and I eat a lot of junk food and barly anything active. I drink tons of milk though but hardly ever any water. I am 4’11 and my weight goes up and down a lot 90lbs is my skinny weight and 105 is my fat weight. I also get constipated a lot, do you think thats because of my horrible diet? The only veggie i eat is corn, which isn’t even good for you.. when I eat, i can wake up with a skinny stomach and through out the day when i eat it grows each time and by night its huge, do you know why that is? I’m really curious to why my body does this. Am i alergic to some things that I eat is that why I bloat? Or don’t work out? Or that my torso isn’t that big considering i’m not even 5 foot. I am also March-1994. I don’t nkow if age has much to do with any of this. Please get back to me and reply!! Court Markos
