Nutritional fitness experiment climbing mount

We did a nutrition experiment today with our Church youth group. These are boys between 12 and 17 years old. We split them up into two teams to make the steep 20 minute climb up mount Maunganui near our home. See picture from the halfway point looking down onto the beach.

We gave the first team raspberry fizzy drink, crunchy bars and gummy airplanes to munch on before and during the climb. We gave the second team apples, bananas and spirulina smoothie to keep them going.

Has anyone else been exercising a lot while Detoxing?

I am thinking of increasing my fitness program while I am detoxing but wanted to see if anyone else out there has exercised a lot wile detoxing. I usually run for 45 minutes a day and figure this will work well. Also, does anyone have any good healthy recipes for detoxing?
