Hi Brett, I was wondering what day of the 10 day detox programme the most frequent bowel motions will be and how urgent they are? I don't always have access to a toilet at work and want to avoid any embarrassing situations. Will I have to take time off work or if it's only urgent for two days can I time it over a weekend?
