My husband has type 1 diabetes and celiac disease. Is there any modifications he may need to make as we're looking at doing the detox together in a couple of weeks. We eat quite a bit of quinoa in our diet at the moment and I noticed that was only included in the 25 day plus option. Would it make much of a difference if he had it on the 10 day detox?
