Hi brett, im on day 10 of detox and have to say Im feeling a lot less bloated and very balanced in my food choices. I dont seem to have lost much weight, 700grms, and I havent experienced any plague or need to go to the toilet any more than usual. Normally I will go to the toilet like clockwork anyway, about twice a day, morning and afternoon and wondered if I dont have any build up or I should stay on the detox for a few more days till I see such results. Cheers Kelly
