Hi Brett, My girlfriend and I are currently on the 10 ultimate detox and it is going very well so far. We are considering going on the ultimate herbal slim but before we do, I have some questions. We find the diet on the 10 day very restrictive. For the herbal slim what restrictions are there? I see we can eat rice, but can we eat bread?
