I started the ultimate 10 day herbal detox on Saturday 5th July and now on day 6. I started with the pre-diet phase as directed and have been strictly following the diet plan as directed in the guide book. I have only had a maximum of 4 bowel motions all of which where somewhat forced and I am been feeling extremely bloated, constipated and uncomfortable.
