Hi Brett Firstly I want to say that I completed the Ultimate Herbal Detox which was absolutely fantastic. I completed this about a month ago and I felt on top of the world, clear skin, a bit of a weight loss and had heaps of energy. I decided to try the Ultimate Herbal Slim as I have around another 4kgs or so to lose. I am about two weeks in and I am feeling really bloated, feels like I have a lot of water retention as well. Bowel motions are good. My diet is good, not too different from the detox diet, eating what I am allowed. I am drinking lots and I am very healthy, I do not have any extra salt, no extra sugar.
