Changed my eating habits, I’ve gone vegan!
2 months into my 3-month detox. It has been slow & steady & I’ve gone vegan!! Lost 4 of the 5 kilos I wanted to lose so nearly there. I highly recommend doing this detox, it’s easy to follow and the support is there if you need it. Other Comments: Update – We went on a cruise for Christmas & New Year from Barcelona trying to get a bit of warmth! As you can imagine it was food & alcohol galore! Increased energy, better sleep and 5.5kgs weight loss
I just wanted to give you some feedback about the Herbal Detox followed by the Herbal Slim programme. I have finished them both and I have felt like I’ve had a huge increase in energy, mood balance, better sleep patterns and I feel less stressed. I dropped the around 5.5kgs and a total of 64.5 cms. That was using the Detox followed by Herbal Slim. I will also be ordering another pack when I return from my honeymoon. I love your products and how they make me feel.

Wow!! Delivered in under 24 hours, I am super impressed, thank you very much! Your Ultimate Herbal Detox was recommended by my trainer earlier this year (2week programme). I lost 4 kg (would have been more but I had a big boozy weekend with associated contraband food in the middle of it). But more importantly, as I reintroduced foods, we were able to see the inflammatory effect grains and dairy have on me, so I have cut these from my diet permanently and maintained the weight loss. Now it’s time for a second round for me (again, working with my trainer, this time doing the slow detox over a month). It will help me cement a more plant based diet and further improve gut health. Huge impact on my feelings of well being
I have just finished the Herbal Detox and have not felt so good for a long time. I was already mostly vegetarian, with some fish, so the eating plan was not a huge transition for me. I opted for the 14 day plan. However, cutting out bread, sugar and alcohol has had a huge impact on my feelings of well being, and of course the herbs will have contributed to this. I lost about 3 kgs. I still have about 5 to go, so am now taking the Herbal Slim caps and am trying to stick to a diet consisting mostly of fresh veges and salads, good quality protein and some nuts/seeds/legumes. I want to keep feeling good and doing the Herbal Detox has definitely put a halt to sugar and carb cravings. Thank you. Diane
Felt full of energy, motivated, focused and clearheaded
Didn’t find it hard to stick to. Wasn’t hungry at all. Benefits once finished were : lost about 2 kgs , felt full of energy, motivated, focused and clearheaded. About 2 weeks after came down with a heavy head cold. Just got over that and got another one, not as bad. Probably just coincidence.
Lost 6kgs & changed my life!
I’m 43 years old and 4 months ago was feeling over weight and bloated. I’m also at that age that you start to realise its what you eat and how much that is going to ensure you can live until your kids are 40 years and not die as my father did when i was 28 years old. The last 4 months has been a fantastic journey that was started with reading and understanding the importance of what Brett has been coaching for years. Only now am i starting to understanding the importance of eating vegetables, fish and staying away from carbs and to much meat. I was 93 kgs 4 months ago and this week have hit 87kgs. To many people, 6kgs is probably not a lot however my focus is not on dropping kgs but more on modify my life balance so i eat what is right and and will give me good energy and sleep. The number one benefit of using the the Ultimate Herbal Silm in my option is you feel it in action. The bloatedness goes away and you lose the craving to eat and snack. Once you feel the inner change, its very powerful and all of a sudden, my mind starts get it and it becomes a habit forming process.
