Hi there, I'm my 7th day of detox. So far I have been eating as per instruction and only one bowl movement in the mornings. Also I just got the flu and feel a bit under the weather. Considering I have been having 20+ a day I thought it was strange I got the flu. Could this be part of the detox and should I continue the detox?
