Hi Brett, by day 2 of the 10 day cleanse I had a really bad headache and slight nausea – difficult when working. Had been to the toilet several times already. I was hoping the detox would help to clear up my excema – which has since flared up worse. I decided to give my system a rest and not to take any pills last night and took only 2 doses this morning. Really want to complete the detox….would you recommend adjusting to the 25 day plan? Cheers.
