Hi Brett, I purchased you herbal detox pack today and look forward to giving it a try as soon as it arrives. My diet is not too far off the 3 day prep – I do however eat cheese, hummus, lots of raw nuts, a few grains and drink wine and the odd coffee. Is it necessary to do the 3 day prep or can I start directly on the 10 detox? Many thanks in advance.
