Hi Brett I am coming to the end of my 14 day detox and have thought about where to from here. I am thinking that I will continue with my current eating habits of fruit and veges with avocado, yoghurt and mushrooms. The last 3 foods make me feel satisfied so that I am not hungry. I have not felt hungry during this process and am now on day 13 plus the 3 day preparation process. I am wondering once I cease taking the capsules that I am missing some nutrients.
