Hi Brett I am about to do the ten day herbal detox and i wondered how this would effect my medications or whether its okay to do while taking medications. I am a low dose of lithium 400mg and a moderate dose of Zoloft 100mg take both daily… I am looking forward to this detox as my diet is pretty heavy in sugars and gluten. your thoughts on preparation would be great too? thanks
