Are other meds safe with this

Have not found any info about hypertension sufferers. I am on meds for high blood pressure and also taking co enzyme q10. Want to know if it is ok to take the herbs with this medication. I am desperate to get off all meds, but know have to do some soul searching and change stress in my life, and get weight off. Am I better to do slim program, or start with detox and then go to slim.
