I am on my 7th day of the detox and do manager results. I have always had a very sluggust bowel movements from childhood. This I have learned to live with. But the bloating and flatuation is very abnormal and quite uncomfortable. I have been following the detox religiously but as yet have had no major break through, if I could call it that. I would like advice on what I could do and what I need to go on after the detox. I want to lose weight also so I was thinking about the Untimate detox slim. I know It will take time and a change of life style to achieve these results. I do like the healthy eating of Veges and fruits. Maybe I need to concentrate more on raw and not so much stir fry and smoothies. I consumme lots of fruit and juices. What do I do???
