Hi Brett, I am on day 8 of the detox diet. I prepared for 4 days prior to the detox and have so far followed the diet to the letter! I have lost 4kg and are drinking plenty of water. The only issue is I am constipated – I have hard stools and have been to the bathroom 4 times over the 8 days. I do have an irregular bowel normally but thought eating raw fruit and vege only would solve this – apparently not! 🙂 As suggested, a few times I have split the capsules into my water directly but this hasnt helped.
