Hi – I am on day 3 of your detox (which I am only really doing to keep my husband company, as he needd to do it). I am getting pretty bad stomach cramps and diareah – which I understand is part of it, but they are quite severe. It feels pretty much just like food poisoning type of cramps. Is this normal?
