Thinking of doing the program as skin is a mess and system feels sluggish. However, isn't just drinking water and eating well enough? I eat moderately well, drink very little so do I need a full detox or just to up my water and fresh foods? Of course I am also about 5kg over an ideal weight and have sat here despite solid training and diet improvement, so wondering if detox could also restart this process. Or, do I just drink more water and eat less! Your Experiences please. AJ
