Hi Brett! I really would like to start your detox program. However, in one month I’ve sport competition coming so I have to train every day at least 1-2 hours. Do you reckon it would be wiser to wait the end of my competition before starting the detox program? Also during the detox, am I going to loose muscles as well? thank you!
