Hi Brett, I'm starting the detox in a couple days and was told by a naturopath/iridologist that I have chronic leaky gut. I'm suspecting it's caused from candida. On the detox can I still eat fruit in that case? I've tried to avoid sugars in the past on my normal diet but wonder about fruit? Thank you. Kind regards Tracy
