Hi, I am on my day three of detox, feeling very good and surprisingly energised. I wanna ask can i actually have other food other than veges and fruit ? say protein bar or other source of protein say fish n stuff? what will happen? And in your book, you recommend taking probiotics after the detox programme, I am planning to start the slimming programm after this 10 days. Do I still need to take the probiotics ? Thanks
