Hi Brett, I am into day 2 and looking forward to taking the herbs! Are Psyllium Husks ok? Would doing regular warm water or olive oil enema’s be beneficial? My Protein Powder has Sunflower seeds, Coconut Flower, Chia Seeds, Pepitas and Golden Pea Protein is this ok? I am going to follow this to the letter. Can’t wait for the results! cheers

hello Brett , please suggest if i can start the detox without the 3 day cleanse , as i tried it and its very hard to curb the appetite and have energy levels to work full time as well . i read the herbs will support sugar levels so its easy to go on the diet ? regards J

Recovering from double pneumonia and septicaemia, liver function is impaired. I understand detoxing might be stressful on an already stressed liver but so is being tired and feeling unwell. Work full time and voluntary work, am trying to decrease latter. practise a little qigong and not much else, Doctor has advised not to have increase heart rate too high until further recovered. Eating mostly carefully but notice weight gain and cravings owing to exhaustion. would appreciate best way to heal liver. I take daily multi minerals, vit C beta glucan, milk thistle, dandelion complex, magnesium, vit D and carrot, beet, celery, ginger. Eat spinach as much as possible. Am Kapha disposition in ayurvedic system so need to keep heating foods. currently living with others during recovery, diet is quite different to my normal which does not help.

Hi Brett , 5 weeks ago I completed the ultimate herbal detox. I do it annually and this was my 4th. Due to a variety of circumstances and social events, I immediately returned to my pre detox diet. It's not toooooo bad a diet in general but It does include meat, milk and wheat ( which is why I detox every year). Not surprisingly my digestion system is not as comfortable as it usually would be at this stage…rumbles, bloating and a little bit sluggish. How should I proceed? I feel I have undone the benefits…..so should I repeat the whole thing, or is it too soon for that? Would one of your other products be good here? Thanks Chris
