Hi there, I'm my 7th day of detox. So far I have been eating as per instruction and only one bowl movement in the mornings. Also I just got the flu and feel a bit under the weather. Considering I have been having 20+ a day I thought it was strange I got the flu. Could this be part of the detox and should I continue the detox?

How much is the average weight loss with 7 day detox? Is 8kg for a 23 year old female average height weighing 68 possible or is it more just water weight? Can I take panadol if I get headache on it and what is most exercise you recommend to do daily while on it?I might buy it tomorrow but still unsure about it all.I only want to do 10 day one.is password and login in the kit when you buy it?and is exactly how much to drink and what to eat in the kit as well?I’ve watched the DVD but still not to sure whether it suits me or not.I work in a busy cafe and don’t want to be running to toilet lots…also want to get my moneys worth seeing its quite pricey.please email or message me back asap.
