Hi Brett I am about to do the ten day herbal detox and i wondered how this would effect my medications or whether its okay to do while taking medications. I am a low dose of lithium 400mg and a moderate dose of Zoloft 100mg take both daily… I am looking forward to this detox as my diet is pretty heavy in sugars and gluten. your thoughts on preparation would be great too? thanks

Since my brother went to hospital for his cancer, my dad and I had eating a lot of fat food and I slowly stop in a basket ball team because I was shy. But now I'm a bit over my healthy weight and I want to loose the fat around my belly from those not healthy food. I want to practice a martial art soon or train myself.
