Hi Brett, I do not need to lose weight. In fact, I would benefit from some extra pounds. My question is related to numerous food intolerances that cause inflamed joints and sore muscles. I am intolerant to just about anything and everything and after doing a lot of research I understand that my problem is coming from an unhealthy gut. Would i benefit from your detox programme? Are the pills dairy free as i have an intolerance to it, and should i continue taking my dairy-free pro biotic capsules while doing the ten day detox or wait until after to resume them?

Hi Brett, My girlfriend and I are currently on the 10 ultimate detox and it is going very well so far. We are considering going on the ultimate herbal slim but before we do, I have some questions. We find the diet on the 10 day very restrictive. For the herbal slim what restrictions are there? I see we can eat rice, but can we eat bread? We do eat very well already but I enjoy fresh salad filled sandwiches. What about alcohol? We rarely have processed food and takeaways. If we maintained our normal diet would we still see the benefits of the ultimate herbal slim? Thanks

Hi there Brett. I hope this finds you well. I have just completed my first day of taking herbs. I suffer from fibromyalgia and am over weight even though I have been on a whole food diet for over a year now. I am struggling to get to sleep tonight because my body is aching from fibro flare up plus I can't stop urinating. Is this normal? I also suffer panic disorder so these little things can be magnified. I'm on medication to manage attacks. Is this all ok for me to continue with or should I reduce my tablets to three? Please help me. I've wanted to do this detox for a long time and I'm over living in pain or fear all the time. Warmest regards Heidi.

I did your Ultimate Detox a year ago and loved it, it worked really well and so I was eager to do the cleanse again this year. I started it 7 days ago and I have noticed a total difference in my bowel movements. I have been having bowel movements less often and also less solid than last time. Most of my bowel movements are more un-solid/ like diarrhea and I have had very few even semi-solid bowel movements. IS this ok? What does this mean? Thank you.
