Hi, I am doing your 25 day cleanse and noticed that some nuts and grains are allowed on this? What are they and how often can they be eaten. I am going away for a mountain biking weekend about a week into the cleanse and wondered what I might be able to eat to give me energy and help with my concentration (will be doing some tricky and technical tracks which could be dangerous if I can’t focus) I’ll be cycling at least 5 hours straight for both days. I am on day 3of the capsules on the 10 day . I am having trouble passing urine, very slow trickle and it feels like I'm not emptying my bladder properly I have been drinking plenty of water and following diet. I am eating some natural yogurt but not really a fan it almost feels like thrush but is more like something has irritated my bladder and inflamed passage out. There is no burning sensation but uncomfortable Do I need to take a course of probiotics or has a herb irritated my bladder. Everything else is going as forum has predicted, aching, bloating, feeling a little sick and having plenty of bowel motions,

Super combo detox slim is advertised at $339 but when I view my cart the system is trying to charge me $399 I just did a 10 day detox & lost 5 kg I felt great I have recommended this product to a lady who does healing she said I looked great & was glowing after doing this I have told many people about this great product who can not do 10 days. Hi Brett, This is the second time I'm doing your Ultimate Herbal Detox – I'm starting the herbal pills tomorrow. I have a few questions about some brands of foods I've found: 1) Annies pure fruit leather is made from 100% air dried pure fruit pulp (no concentrates) – are these products ok? 2) Annies natural dried apple are apples that are peeled, sliced and dried. Are these ok? 3) The only passionfruit pulp I have been able to find is in syrup – which means its over 50% sugar (and has preservative as well) – so which passionfruit pulp do you use in your smoothies? 4) Dried cranberries (and other dried fruits including apricots and prunes) also have sugar and preservative listed on the ingredients lists – I've looked at Sunsweet, Homebrand, Select and a few other brands I can't remember. Is the sugar and preservative in things like this in small amounts and ok? Or do you have another brand you prefer to use? 5) I have made the apple and cinnamon smoothie a couple of times now and find it quite grainy with a chewy texture (which I'm not particularly fond of) – am I allowed to slowly stew some apples (with skin and only in water, nothing else) to soften them so they blend more smoothly? On another note you mention in your video for the grapefruit smoothie that grapefruit increase the effects of some medications – which is very true they do. They also DECREASE the effects of some medications too – in particular grapefruit will decrease the effect of the oral contraceptive pill – which I think is worth mentioning as many women don't consider their oral contraceptive pill to be a "medication" and may inadvertently eat a lot of grapefruit (particularly as they are good for weight loss) and render their OCP ineffective! Hi, I have heard about your products from close friends and they sing your praises! I'm keen to try the herbal detox, but wondered if you sold two weeks' worth rather than a whole month? I'm just thinking about affordability here. Also, I am keen to lose just a couple of kilos.
