Hi, I have heard about your products from close friends and they sing your praises! I'm keen to try the herbal detox, but wondered if you sold two weeks' worth rather than a whole month? I'm just thinking about affordability here. Also, I am keen to lose just a couple of kilos. Hi, I've bought the Ultimate herbal detox package and booklet included but do you have any diary or food plans so that I can track my eating and progress? I find it handy when I have a grocery guide and weekly diary plan to follow. This also helps for grocery shopping. Any extra aids would be appreciated. Kind Regards Cheryl

I am using your detox for the 3rd time so far however I had to go out for work dinner and I suspect they slipped icing sugar into the fruit salad I ordered I am doing the 50day detox. Should I stop the detox now and continue on the cleansing diet for a week before returning to the detox? What are your thoughts on this?
