Hi – I've purchased one of these but unfortunately it languished in my cupboard for a year. I got it out this morning ready to do it and note that it expired at the end of 2012. I'm not too worried about the expiry but thought I had better check in with you to make sure it won't make me sick or anything. Hopefully OK or else I have wasted my money! Thanks Suzanne

Hi There, I have gone 7 days just eating fresh vege and fruit soups and I feel great. My body felt pretty well detoxed but I still felt like I needed more.. I have been doing the herbal detox now for 3 days but I’m finding it hard to stick to the diet plan.. would it still be beneficial if I continued taking the pills but introduced one healthy meal a day such as your eggplant, leek and zucchinni bake or chick pea salad?

Is it okay to use oil and vinegar salad dressing on salads and to cook vegetables in olive oil? Is it also okay to steam the vegetables?

I am on day 5 of the Ultimate Detox and a friend of mine who has also done the detox suggested a coffee enema upon completion of the detox. I read no mention of this in the accompanying literature and am wondering if it is something that would be beneficial.
