Hi There, I have gone 7 days just eating fresh vege and fruit soups and I feel great. My body felt pretty well detoxed but I still felt like I needed more.. I have been doing the herbal detox now for 3 days but I’m finding it hard to stick to the diet plan.. would it still be beneficial if I continued taking the pills but introduced one healthy meal a day such as your eggplant, leek and zucchinni bake or chick pea salad?
