Hello. Where you suggest almond or rice milk can I use soya instead? Is honey as a sweetener ok? (If I feel I need it in teas) Also, how important are the juices? I don't own a juicer and I'm guessing ready-made juices that are on the market are out. Can I have more fresh hot soups than anything? Many thanks, Marina

Hi There, in the booklet it states that it is a good idea to take a protein powder while on the detox. Is any protein powder ok? I am using a 100% whey protein powder, will this do? Thanks
