Not on the 10 day plan, but you can have humus on the 25 days. I don't recommend whole chickpeas unless you are doing the 50 day plan. They are just too heavy for the quick cleanse effect to happen properly.

I have the flu at the moment and am in the preparation stage for my detox I am due to start taking my tablets tomorrow can I still take cough syrup if I need it? Have had the worst IBS in years and today with just having fruit and veg I am painfree am excited to see how Ill feel in ten days Thanks Vicki

Have not found any info about hypertension sufferers. I am on meds for high blood pressure and also taking co enzyme q10. Want to know if it is ok to take the herbs with this medication. I am desperate to get off all meds, but know have to do some soul searching and change stress in my life, and get weight off. Am I better to do slim program, or start with detox and then go to slim. Thanks Raewyn

I'm allergic to dairy products. What can I use instead of the unsweetened yoghurt? Am I able to use probiotic tablets?
