I have been on the detox for 9 days and had cold symptoms and now I am coughing up phlegm. Do you think I have a cold or is it my body detoxing?

Hi Brett, I have used the Ulitmate detox kit several times now and think it is great. Both my partner and I do this once a year, love it and feel great! In fact we on day 6 now and feel amazing! I had a question though, which herb, or combo of herbs makes me feel full & satisfied? Basically I eat less and lighter foods, I excrete more, yet I don't feel hungry and hardly ever during the 10 days want to snack – which is quite unusual for me! Can you enlighten me as to which herbs assist with this part? Kind Regards Danica

Hi Brett Where does honey fit into the ultimate herbal detox? And after we finish the 10 days using the herbs how do you see honey fitting into your regular diet? We like using it as it is a natural product and I understand it is still better to use than sugar. Thanks Lori

Hi Brett, have you any product that may help me with a bad case of Bursitis within both hips. I am a 53 yr fit and healthy non smoker. I have been in the firewood game for the last 4 yrs and are now waking up around 3 am every morning with burning pain deep inside both hips.
