Hi Brett, I am on day 4 of the detox. I have incorporated colonics with the detox. I had my first colonic before commencing the detox. I generally have a healthy diet with plenty of green smoothies, fruit etc I have been experiencing slight tenderness in my stomach. Is this normal? Is there anything I can take to help with this feeling apart from peppermint tea? I am gluten intolerant. I have been feeling great, full of energy, calmness and a clear mind.
