Hi. I started the 10 day Ultimate Cleanse on Sunday. Today is Tuesday. Because of my digestion I have only been having cooked foods….vege broths, cooked beetroot, steamed greens, a little baked pumpkin, sprouts, water, herb teas, and avocados. I feel good but have only been having one bowel motion a day. Is this normal?
