Hi There I have Chrons disease and I am considering doing your detox to start the year with a healthy inside. However I am getting married in 3 months, and I have lost a great amount of weight. My concern is that because I will be restricting my calorie intake so much during the detox that when I come off it, once I start eating again I will put on a lot of weight. Will this happen?
