This Multipurpose Coleslaw Is A Healthy Detox Meal for Gut Health Looking for a simple, fresh and versatile meal during your detox programme?

This Multipurpose Coleslaw is one of my favourite ways to create several healthy meals from one simple batch of fresh ingredients.

Made with finely chopped cabbage, carrots and onion, it creates a crisp, fibre-rich base that can be transformed into something completely different each time you serve it.

The secret is in the toppings! Make one big batch and you can create 3–4 meals for two people simply by changing what you add each time.

The basic ingredients:

• ½ a cabbage
• 6 medium-sized carrots
• 1 large onion

Finely chop all ingredients and combine them in a large bowl.

Then make it your own with different toppings:
• Avocado
• Sun-dried tomatoes
• Beetroot
• Olives
• Gherkins or pickles
• Fresh tomatoes

My favourite homemade aioli dressing:
1 cup Plain yoghurt
1/2 cup Olive oil
1 Lemon Fresh juice
8 cloves Crushed garlic
Simply mix everything together to create a delicious, creamy dressing that gives this simple coleslaw a completely different dimension.

Change the toppings, change the flavour and you can enjoy the same healthy base several times without feeling like you’re eating the same meal again!

This is a fantastic recipe for your 7-Day or 14-Day Deep Cleanse, particularly if you’re looking to increase your intake of fresh vegetables and fibre while keeping your meals simple, delicious and satisfying.

Sometimes the healthiest meals are also the simplest.
