A lovely fresh salad, full of healthy greens, mushrooms, avocado, and tomatoes. All with a pinch of oregano! Fantastic for your detox program. Add more mushrooms to this recipe to make it even more filling. Serves 2 to 4 people Ingredients: Salad Dressing:
- 8 cloves of garlic
- Plain unsweetened yogurt
- 1 x lemon
- 2 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp of oregano
- 6 x large field mushrooms
- 2 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil
- Mesculin salad greens
- Half an avocado
- 2 x tomatoes
- A dozen olives
- 6 pieces of sundried tomatoes
