Ingredients:

  • 1 x DETOX n SLIM sachet
  • 1 cup of full-fat milk (rice milk or almond milk as alternatives)
  • 1 x grated apple with its skin
  • 1/4 cup of unsweetened yogurt
  • 1 tsp of cinnamon powder or a small stick of cinnamon

Method:
Add the grated apple, one level teaspoon of cinnamon powder or a small stick of cinnamon to the Ladyship Blender  Add 1⁄4 cup of unsweetened plain yogurt. Blend until smooth and pour into a glass to drink.
